This exact same verse is also found in Psalm 18:34. In fact, it is the same song which David  spoke to the LORD on the day that the LORD delivered him from the hand of his enemies and from the hand of Saul. I am a firm believer that the bible is God-breathed. It is God’s words. When something is repeated, it has its significance. If you read 2 Samuel 21:15-22, just before David spoke the words of this song to the LORD, David was facing intense battle, fighting giants one after another. In 2 Samuel 21:15, it was stated that David grew faint. He was so weak that he could have been killed. Time and again, he was facing a losing situation.
