But Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’ ”

Luke 4:4 (NKJV)

The Greatest Treasure

This statement is said by our LORD Jesus, the Son of God, the Creator of Heaven and Earth. This is therefore the ultimate truth, the key to our life. If we need bread to survive, then what this statement means is that the Word of God is what gives us life. If there is any treasure in this earth, it is the Word of God, because through it, we have every heavenly blessings.

Secret Revealed: Jesus is the Word of God

In John 1:1-5 it was stated:

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

then in John 1:14, it explains that the Word became flesh”

14And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

and in John 1:16, it tells us that we receive grace through Jesus Christ. Grace means receiving what we do not deserve.

16And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. 17For the law was given through Moses, butgrace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

Hidden Treasure: Jesus gives us Health, Wealth & Every Blessings

Our Lord Jesus has paid the price for us and redeemed us so that through His righteousness, we are now able to call God our Father and we are children of the LORD MOST HIGH. We are entitled to every spiritual blessings because we are united to Christ Jesus as stated in Ephesians 1:3:

3All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ. (Ephesians 1:3, NLT)

Meditate on God’s Words

When we meditate on God’s Words, we are connected to the Holy Spirit of Jesus. It is like being connected to “heaven’s wifi”. The Holy Spirit of God will guide us in every step (1 Corinthians 2:9-10) and we have the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16). There is great power and tremendous success.

In the story of Joshua, God told Joshua to meditate on the Book of Law (God’s Words) day and night so that Joshua can make his ways prosperous and have good success.

When we meditate on the Word of God, we are meditating on Jesus.
