Get to know God
God always perform miracles
God promised to give Abram an heir from his own body (Genesis 15:4). At this point of the scripture in Genesis 17, Ishmael, the son whom Abram had through Sarah’s servant is already 13 years old. Ishmael is indeed from Abram’s body. Yet, the LORD chose to give Abram another son through Sarah and to establish the everlasting covenant with this son that is yet to be borned.
This story tells us one thing– when God establishes His plan, He will fulfill it. When God plans to do something, He will only do miracles. When God gave the promise to Abram that He will give Abram descendants (Genesis 12: 1-2), God’s plan was to have a miracle — to have Abram and Sarah conceiving way pass their child bearing age. Just as God created the heavens and the earth without any human assistance, God’s promise to Abram was to be fulfilled without any human assistance. Whatever intervention and mistakes that mankind may make, will not stop the miracle that God planned to establish.
In Genesis 16:2, Sarah thought that the LORD was against her, that He had restrained her from bearing a child. In reality, the LORD loves her, the LORD favours her.
My child, never allow yourself to think that God is against you. Always believe that you are deeply loved, highly favoured by God. Know that God will always perform miracles. When you understand these truths, you will know that there is nothing to worry about. Whatever is your worries, needs, fears, desires, you can always let go and let God make things happen for you.

How to become a believer?
You can be a believer simply by saying this prayer:
Dear God, thank you for so wonderfully make me and thank you for sending your Son, LORD Jesus to die for me so that I can have the blessed life that you intended for me — a life of leadership and fruitfulness. Now I believe and accept Jesus as my LORD and Saviour. I believe that from this time forth, I am a new creation, I am born again and I have the eternal life that Jesus came to give me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
