Get to know God

God will bless you so that you can bless others

Famine is extreme scarcity of food.

We live in a fallen world where natural causes, such as drought, flooding, unseasonable cold, typhoons, insect infestations, and plant diseases can severely destroys crops and food supplies and disrupts the distribution of food.

From this story, we can understand that it is not God’s desire that people should lack and starve. God knew that was going to happen and God gave Joseph the wisdom to interpret Pharaoh’s dreams and also gave him wisdom how to manage the problem.

Recognise this truth — God is a good God who loves mankind. It is never God’s desire that mankind should suffer. God will bless and give wisdom to His people so that the blessings can overflow to the rest of the world. When God has great plans for your life, the plans will always be to overflow and bless others.

Are you wondering…

How to become a believer?

You can be a believer simply by saying this prayer:

Dear God, thank you for so wonderfully make me and thank you for sending your Son, LORD Jesus to die for me so that I can have the blessed life that you intended for me — a life of leadership and fruitfulness. Now I believe and accept Jesus as my LORD and Saviour. I believe that from this time forth, I am a new creation, I am born again and I have the eternal life that Jesus came to give me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
